1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Destin AI (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Destin AI is an AI-powered digital metaphysics platform providing:

  • Tarot reading
  • Zodiac analysis
  • BaZi (Chinese astrology)
  • Zi Wei Dou Shu
  • AI face reading
  • Western astrology

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

All analyses and readings provided by Destin AI are for entertainment and reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on Destin AI readings.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • Accounts are non-transferable

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
  • Price changes require 30 days advance notice
  • Refunds subject to our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including AI models, interface, and content, is owned by Destin AI. Your personal data remains yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Destin AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Destin AI Premium Membership Agreement

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service above and governs your use of Destin AI Premium Membership. By subscribing, you accept the following terms.

M1. Membership Plans & Pricing

  • Weekly Plan: $9.99/week, auto-renews weekly
  • Yearly Plan: $199/year ($3.83/week equivalent), auto-renews annually
  • Soulmate Portrait Unlock: $4.99 per reading, one-time payment, no auto-renewal
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

M2. Membership Benefits

  • Unlimited AI fortune readings (free users limited to 3/day)
  • Access to all AI Masters: Tarot, Zodiac, BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Face Reading, Astrology, MBTI
  • Priority response speed
  • In-depth natal chart analysis

M3. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal amount matches your current plan price. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via your registered email.

M4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your benefits continue until the end of the current paid period
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation
  • The current billing period is non-refundable, but you retain access until its end
  • Soulmate Portrait one-time purchase: non-refundable once digital content is delivered
  • If a technical issue prevents service delivery, contact support for a refund

M5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Destin AI does not directly store your credit card information. Payment security is ensured by Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 certification.

M6. Service Changes & Termination

  • Destin AI reserves the right to modify membership benefits; significant changes will be communicated in advance
  • Destin AI may terminate your membership if you violate this agreement or the Terms of Service
  • Fees for the remaining membership period are non-refundable upon termination for cause

M7. Disclaimer

All AI analyses and readings available to Premium members remain for entertainment and reference purposes only. Paid access does not change the nature of the results — they do not constitute professional psychological counseling, medical advice, or financial advice.
