Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- Your data remains accessible; you can re-subscribe anytime
2. Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- Service outage: Pro-rated refund for outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Billing errors: Immediate full refund for duplicate or erroneous charges
3. How to Request a Refund
Please contact contact@openmira.cc with:
- Your account email
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 3–5 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first — we can typically resolve issues faster than a chargeback.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Partially used billing periods beyond the 7-day window
- AI analysis sessions already consumed
