Where to open the generated character in the current conversation flow

In an observed Japanese Web session on October 28, 2026, the portrait inside Mira's conversation was a display card without a direct character-chat button. The generated character was available under Your Soulmates on Explore. Open that character's Chat action to continue with the generated person; the general Chats list initially showed only Mira. Existing creation screens that provide a result-level Chat button can still use that route.

Read the original Japanese browser record, including the actual portrait and Japanese first answer. This link documents a Japanese session, not a new English test. It does not promise permanent or cross-device memory.

A Soulmate portrait in Destin AI is an AI-created fictional character you can take into a conversation. The experience combines a visual style, a personality called SOUL, and a chat with the character you generated. It is not a photograph of a future partner or evidence that a particular person is destined to meet you.

What makes the experience more than an image?

The portrait is the starting point. After a successful generation, the result can include the character's SOUL and sections about appearance, personality, and relationship themes. The Chat with Soulmate action saves an eligible generated character and opens that character's conversation. You can also follow up on a supported section of the result instead of copying the entire report into a new message.

These are different layers: an image describes a look; SOUL guides a conversational manner; the conversation is where you explore a question. A confident-looking portrait does not mean the character has to give forceful advice.

1. Start with Mira, then choose your own character

Open Mira's Soulmate experience. Mira is an existing guide who helps you start the flow. She is different from the generated Soulmate you may chat with afterward.

Check the profile information requested by the form and your preferred partner gender. Use your own information only if you want it used for this experience. Any birth-based interpretation is a symbolic narrative, not a verified method of identifying a real future partner. Review the current access and usage terms shown before generating; an article is not a promise of unlimited free portraits.

2. Choose the look and the personality separately

  • Realistic portrait: the signature direction uses a midnight background and warm golden light.
  • Pencil sketch: choose a drawn look rather than the realistic portrait direction.

For personality, the current choices are gentle, bright, thoughtful, playful, or custom. Gentle emphasizes listening; bright emphasizes encouragement; thoughtful emphasizes reflective questions; playful emphasizes kind humor. Custom lets you describe the character in SOUL.md. The current style choices are portrait and sketch; this guide does not promise additional modes that are not in the form.

For example, you could choose portrait + thoughtful for a calm evening reflection, or sketch + playful for a light conversation. These are configuration examples, not results from a controlled comparison. See the personality and SOUL guide for a copyable example.

3. Turn the result into a first conversation

When the result offers Chat with Soulmate, select it to continue with that generated character. Look for the saved Mate in your list. If saving fails, follow the visible error before leaving the result; seeing an image alone does not confirm that the character was saved. Avoid clearing browser storage while relying on a local, signed-out result.

Try a question with a clear purpose: I'd like to talk about what makes me feel comfortable in a relationship. Ask me one question at a time. This gives the conversation something more useful to do than repeatedly asking whether the picture is your future spouse.

A worked example: appearance versus a relationship preference

Illustrative setup, not a user testimonial: choose pencil sketch and gentle. After generation, open the character's chat and write: I like the quiet mood of this portrait. Help me separate a visual preference from what I actually need from a partner.

A useful follow-up is: Let's take “quiet” as a starting point. I value being listened to, but I also need someone who talks through disagreements. Help me write those as two concrete expectations. The aim is to name real preferences. Neither the face nor an AI answer proves someone else's character, feelings, or compatibility.

Common questions

Is Mira the person in my generated portrait?

No. Mira is a guide in the existing Mate catalog. The result's chat action opens your eligible generated character, with its own identity and SOUL.

Will the character remember everything forever?

This guide makes no promise of unlimited or permanent memory. Continue through the saved character and use what is actually available in the conversation. Do not treat a fictional role as proof of shared real-world experiences.

Can a portrait predict a real partner's face or a meeting date?

No reliable prediction is established here. Treat appearance and meeting narratives as creative prompts. Real relationships depend on mutual interest, consent, behavior, and choices.

A recorded service example, separate from the teaching prompts

Read the actual generated portrait and first chat with that character. It is an English editorial explanation of a Korean API execution from October 27, 2026, with original excerpts and explicit limits. It is not a new English test, customer testimonial, browser recording or proof of permanent memory. Evidence link added October 28, 2026; the original publication date and teaching examples are retained.
